The Impossible Knot Yarn Shop is in British Columbia, Canada. All prices shown in the shop are in Canadian currency.
For sales from within Canada, the appropriate sales taxes (GST, HST, PST) will be collected for your province, including on shipping. There is no sales tax applied to US or International orders.
We ship by Canada Post. We try to ship within 3-4 days, unless there are holidays, but likely your order will be shipped within a day or two of purchase. Please note that we are not responsible for items that are lost in transit, if no tracking was purchased. International orders may have additional duty or fees that you may be responsible for upon delivery.
Within BC only – Local Pickup at our shop is available as an option, at checkout, if you would like to swing by to pick up your order!
Within Canada – are shipped Expedited Parcel, and include tracking:
$20 – Orders up to $100 before taxes.
$25 – Orders from $100.01 to $200 before taxes.
Free – Orders over $200 before taxes.
To the United States – are shipped Small Package Air with no insurance or tracking. Please place a note in purchase comments or email immediately if you would like to purchase tracking for your package:
$20 – Orders up to $100
$25 – Orders from $100.01 to $200
Free – Orders over $200.
International Orders – Currently, we have no set rates for international orders, but don’t worry! We CAN ship to other countries. Most likely, shipping under 2 kilos will fall within our regular shipping rates of $20, or $25. Shipping over 2 kilos may be significant. We can quote shipping over the telephone if you call the shop within business hours, or by email.
Currently, we are unable to take returns unless an error has been made in fulfilling your order, or if the item is defective. Please contact us if you find a problem with your order, and we will do our best to fix it.
Exchanges can be made in store only for unused items in like-new condition in original packaging, providing original receipt is included.
