Dyelots
Here at Impossible Knot, we do everything in our power to ensure all orders go out with matching dyelots. If we only have mixed dyelots, we will contact you by phone or email to advise.
Please note that we do not contact for clearance yarn dyelot discrepancies, but we will match dyelots if possible.
If you are wanting to confirm dyelot availability prior to ordering, please contact our shop by telephone during business hours. We will be unable to confirm dyelots outside of business hours (as we are away from the shop!).
Currency
The Impossible Knot Yarn Shop is located in British Columbia, Canada. All prices quoted on products are in Canadian currency.
Sales Tax
For sales from within Canada, the appropriate sales taxes (GST, HST,
PST) will be collected for the purchaser’s province, including on
shipping.
Shipping
We ship Expedited Parcel through Canada Post, which includes tracking & insurance. We try to ship within 3-4 days, unless there are holidays, but most likely your order will be shipped within a day or two of purchase.
Within BC only – Local Pickup at our shop is available as an option, at checkout, if you would like to swing by to pick up your order! You can find us at #3 330 Birch Ave, 100 Mile House BC.
Within Canada – are shipped Expedited Parcel, and include tracking & insurance:
$20 – Orders up to $99.99 before taxes.
$25 – Orders from $100.00 to $199.99 before taxes.
Free – Orders over $200 before taxes.
To the United States – All shipping to the US is currently on hold due to the changing rules for tariffs and the uncertainty over rules for shipping.
International Orders – We do not currently ship to International locations.
Returns & Exchanges
Currently, we are unable to take returns unless an error has been made in fulfilling your order, or if the item is defective. Please contact us within 10 business days of receipt of your package if you find a problem with your order, and we will do our best to fix it.
Exchanges can be made in store only, within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original, unopened packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-exchangeable items
Certain types of items cannot be exchanged, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Privacy
Here at Impossible Knot, we take the safety of your information very seriously. We will only use information provided to process your order and manage your account. We do not use or share your information for any other purpose.
