While we no longer offer online checkout, we’re always happy to help you place an order by phone or in store. If you see a yarn you love on our website, social media, or in our newsletter, just get in touch — we’ll confirm availability and arrange pickup or shipping.

- We’re happy to hold yarn for up to 48 hours if you’re coming from out of town.

Why is online ordering paused?
We’re simplifying things behind the scenes to make sure your experience is as smooth as possible. For now, we’re focusing on personal service by phone or in-store.
Need Shipping?
We’re happy to ship most products within Canada. Shipping costs vary, according to pre-tax order total. Please see our shipping FAQs here.
How will payment work?
We will be emailing PayPal invoices for all email orders. We can send PayPal invoices for phone orders, or process Credit Card payments over the phone. Please note that orders will not be shipped until payment in full has been confirmed received.
